Finish the day with the relaxing and restorative benefits of yoga surrounded by the natural beauty of the Hudson Gardens. Designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus, each class will borrow from the instructor’s experience and may incorporate poses from various Yoga styles. Please bring a mat, towel, and water bottle and wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Classes will be held outdoors (an alternate indoor location will be provided in the case of inclement weather).
Please note this date is a Thursday and the time is at 6:30 PM (earlier than previous sessions).
Participants with all levels of experience are invited to attend. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class. Pre-registration is required, no walk-in registrations allowed. The class size will be limited. Everyone must arrive wearing a mask.
